Sri Ramcharitmanas epic is a mirror of moral values of high life, ideal, sacrifice, valor, duty, love, dedication etc. This epic will be instructive for the world in every era. From the religious and literary point of view, this epic is popular not only in India but also in other countries. The evidence of the Ramayana period still exists in India and the surrounding land. The purpose of this article is to understand whether the epic Ramayana is a fictional story or a historical event of Shri Ramchandra ji's life that happened thousands of years ago?When historical events go a long way, some
intellectuals start to doubt their authenticity. The events that took place in the 18th and 19th centuries seem to be true because we have their witnesses. But as time goes on these events gradually, some people believe them to be true and some people start seeing them from the point of view of a novel. The generations to come will be amazed at the fact that India really was a slave or was it just a fantasy of that time? While superstition takes us away from the truth, doubt and rational approach bring us closer to the truth. The same thing proves true in the context of the holy book Ramcharitmanas. When some intellectuals described the Ramayana as just a fictional story, then many researches were done on this book. The survey of the historical and scientific outlook of the places mentioned in the Ram Katha locks the faces of many intellectuals. According to page 300 of Ram Niwas Jaju's book 'Mere Saurabh Dwar', P.L. at the University of Florence, Italy. In 1911, Tessi Tori gave the first Ph.D. Astonished many scholars after obtaining the degree. He did research work on Ramcharitmanas and Ramayana. The second research work was done by J. K. London. N. Done in 1918 by Carpenter. This research was published by Oxford University. Baldev Prasad Mishra received the first Ph.D. at Tulsidas in India at Nagpur University in 1938.
Father Kamil Bulke, who came to India from Belgium in 1934-35, worked on the origin and development of Ram Katha, before the University of Allahabad, D.Phil. And later in 1950 Ph.D. Having attained the title of Ramayana, he got the status of heritage of world literature. Father Kamil Bulke identified 300 forms associated with the Ramayana all over the world. Due to the supernatural epic Ramcharitmanas, Tulsidas ji gained fame not only in India but also abroad. According to page 300 of Ram Niwas Jaju's book 'Mere Saurabh Dwar', a University of South India proved during a seminar that more than 7,500 research books have been written on Tulsidas in many languages. The magazine of Sulabh Academy has claimed that Ph.D. on the literature of Mahakavi Tulsidas. And D.Leet. But more than five hundred degrees have been awarded. No research has been done so far on any other poet of the world. Literature composed by Tulsidas is also internationally popular.
According to the book 'Role of Translational Science' written by Krishna Kumar Goswami, Russian writer Alexei Petrivić Varani Kov did the tales of Tulsidas Ramayana in Russian in 1948, his son Yatra Alexeyevich Varani Kov also helped. He declared Ramcharitmanas to be the best epic of the world in other works written in 2,796 languages.
In 1988, Chinese writer Jin-Din-Han translated a translation of the Manas into Chinese. It became very popular in China. In 1991, Ikeda translated the character of Manas into Japanese under the name 'Lord Ram's character Sarovar'. By the way, there is no need for Ramcharitmanas to prove their authenticity because the sweet Nirmal Ram Katha resides not only in India but also in the heart of the residents of many other countries. The great sage Valmiki composed the first Ramayana in Sanskrit. Later it was translated into other languages like Telugu, Marathi, Hindi, Bengali, Oriya etc. Later, Tulsidas ji started Sri Ramcharitmanas knowing the sum of Ram Navami like Tretayug on Samvat 1631 and made it a part of Indian culture on Panchami Tithi of Shukla Paksha in Samvat 1633. Tulsidas ji, in Sanskrit Ramayana, verses Doha, Soratha, Chaupai etc. in the Awadhi language and brought Ramcharitmanas to the masses of India.
According to some research scholars, the Ramayana period is dated to 7,323 AD, i.e. 9,341 years ago. While some research scholars have described the birth of Shri Ram as the Navami of 5,114 Isha Purna Chaitra month. There are still different views of intellectuals at the time of the Ramayana period.
Indian Archaeological Department and some research scholars of IIT Kharagpur have indicated Indus Valley to be 8,000 years old rather than 5,500 years old. This research was published by the prestigious research journal Nature in 2016. During this period, scientists discovered the age of this civilization through new technology. Famous historian and archaeologist Dr. Ram Avtar Sharma discovered about 200 places with scientific research related to the Ramayana period. At the time of exile, Sita-Ram ji studied the monuments, caves, frescoes of the places where the study took place through a thorough investigation and presented many evidences.
Dr. Ram Avtar Sharma, hailing from Dadoli village of Haryana has traveled to 21 countries and is associated with Ram.
