3 Controlling Anger. Which makes the mind internally calm and empowered. Also, get plenty of sleep and make sure to sleep and wake up time.
Meditate and do yoga daily. Due to which the brain is healthy and the body is healthy. Also, using raw materials like salads, fruits, leafy vegetables, juices, etc. along with food.
6 Be happy internally and externally, whatever the circumstances.
7 Be nice to everyone. Also love yourself.
8 Learning something every day, reading a book, doing your work with full devotion whenever.
9 Avoiding postponement of work. Which prevents the mind from becoming heavy. Finish each task on time.
10 Do not get into unnecessary arguments. Also do not harm anyone. Do not resort to untruth
11 be honest with yourself. Speaking less but effectively speaking.
Avoiding smoking, drinking, and consuming all kinds of substances. These things have the opposite effect on the brain.
12 Live each moment of life with awareness because whatever happens, it happens right now. That is to live in the present forever.
